Sonth ki chatni
Ingredients
Tamarind pulp 1 cup
Sugar ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp heaped
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
Sonth grinded 1 tsp
Method
Cook together imli pulp, sugar, add cumin, salt, crushed red pepper, lastly add sonth and remove.
