Makhni Mutton Karhai


Ingredients:
Mutton boiled ½ kg small botis
Yogurt ½ cup
Lemon juice ¼ cup
Butter 2 ounce+2 ounce
Oil ¼ cup
All spice 1 tsp
Coriander leaves as required
Green chilies as required
Ginger julienne as required
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Roasted coriander 1 tsp
Method:
1. Heat butter and oil
2. Add mutton boiled fry for 5 mins with ginger garlic paste, add salt cover and cook for 10 mins
3. Add crushed black pepper, red pepper, coriander crushed cover and cook
4. Then add yogurt and 2 tbsp butter in the end
5. Lastly add Ginger julienne, Coriander leaves, Green chilies, all spice and cook covered till oil comes on the top
