Jaleebi pudding
Ingredients
Jaleebi ½ kg
Milk 1 kg
Eggs 6
Sugar ¾ cup
Elachi powder 1 tsp
Method
Beat eggs and sugar add milk, elachi powder, grease oven proof dish, spread with jaleebi, pour prepared mixture, bake on 180 degree C for 40 minutes, serve warm or cold
