White chicken qeema handi


Ingredients:
Chicken mince( hand cut) ½ kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Lemon juice2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Fenugreek 1 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Green chilies ground 1 tbsp
Cream ½ cup
Method:
1. Heat oil, add ginger garlic, mince. Cover and cook for 5 mins
2. Add salt, pepper, cumin, ground green chilies, yogurt, lemon and fry well
3. Lastly add all spice, cream, coriander and green chilies
