Chatpata potato salad


Boiled potatoes peeled and cubed 250 gm
Tomato 2 cut into cubes seeds removed
Onion 1 cut in cubes
Sweet corn 4 tbsp
Cucumber 1 cut into tiny cubes
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Ingredients for baghar
Oil ¼ cup
Curry leaves 20
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Method
Mix altogether, lastly give baghar and serve.
