Chicken fried rice


Ingredients
Oil ¼ cup
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 2 tbsp
Rice ½ kg boiled
Eggs 2 beaten
Frozen mixed vegetables 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
White pepper ¼ tsp
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
Spring onion leaves chopped 1 cup
Chicken 1 breast, cut in tiny cubes
Method
Heat oil add chopped ginger garlic, fry for 2 minutes add onion, add 2 beaten eggs with chicken, fry for 5 minutes, add mixed vegetables with salt, pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, fold In rice, mix well, lastly add spring onion leaves, toss well and serve.
