Bihari Pasanday


Ingredients for Bihari pasanda
Pasanday 750 gm flatten
Raw papaya 2 tbsp
Prepared pasanday masala 2 tbsp heaped
Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Coriander leaves and green chilies for garnishing
Onion rings for garnishing
Method
Marinate pasanday with all above for 2 hour. Heat oil add marinated pasanda in a single layer, cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes, serve garnish with onion rings, coriander leaves and green chilies.
