Pasanday Masala


Ingredients
Deghi laal mirchie 2 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Roasted gram flour ½ cup
Green cardamom 10
Cloves 1 tbsp
Mace 1 tbsp
Cinnamon 8 sticks
White cumin seeds 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Method
Grind altogether very finely, label and preserve in an air tight container.
