Besan kay kabab



Ingredients
Mince 250 gm
Onion finely chopped 1 cup
Coriander leaves finely chopped 3 tbsp
Gram flour 4 tbsp heaped
Garlic 1 tsp leveled
Soda by carb 1/8 tsp
Mint finely chopped 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 ½ tsp heaped
Allspice ½ tsp
Water 2 – 3 tbsp
Method
Mix all above well, make into balls, fry on high flame till golden. Lower flame fry till dark brown and crisp.
