Khattay methy chany



Ingredients
Black chana 250 gm soaked overnight
Potato 1 cut into small cubes and boiled
Oil ¼ cup
Imli pulp ¼ to ½ cup
Chat masala 1 tsp heaped
White cumin whole 1 tsp
Curry leaves 20 to 25
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
Sugar 1 tbsp heaped
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Method
Heat oil add white cumin and curry leaves with ginger garlic paste, fry well add chili powder, salt, boil chanay, add imli pulp with sugar and chat masala, mix all add boiled potato, remove in a serving bowl, serve garnish with coriander leaves
