-Spicy Dip

 yogurt 1 cup
Chili Sauce 2 tablespoon
Oil ½ tbsp.
Mustard Seeds ½ teaspoon
Red crushed Chilies ½ teaspoon
Salt To salt
Method :
- Mix Actiplus, chili sauce and make a smooth paste. Adjust salt.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds
- Remove from flame and add red chilies
- Pour oil mixture over Actiplus mixture
- Serve dip with Cucumber sticks/Carrot Sticks /French Fries
