keema aur anday special



Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp heaped
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Onion 2 chopped
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 4
Tomatoes 3 chopperized
Eggs 4
Method
Heat oil add onion, fry till light golden add ginger garlic paste, mince, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, crushed cumin, chopperized tomatoes, fry well add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mince tender, add 4 beaten eggs, mix lastly add chopped coriander and green chilies and remove, serve add sehri with frozen paratha.
