Ragra chana chat



Ingredients
Chic piece 250 gm soaked overnight with 1 tsp soda
Onion 1 chopped
Oil ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Crushed coriander 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes 2
Green chilies 4
Coriander leaves half bunch
Thick imli pulp ½ cup
Chat masala 1 tsp
Ingredients for garnish
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2
Tomato 1 chopped in cubes
Onion rings

Method
Boil chana with onion chopped, oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, coriander, chili powder, boil till really soft, blend together tomatoes, green chilies and coriander leaves add to the tender chana mixture with imli pulp, chat masala, cook for 10 minutes, remove in a serving bowl, garnish with chopped coriander, green chilies, tomatoes and onion rings, serve with papri.
