Jalebi by mithai specialist mohd.anwer



Ingredients:
For sheera:
1 kg sugar
250 grams water
Method:
1. Cook sugar and water together till it gets a boil.
2. Then turn off the stove.
For jalebi:
100 grams khameer
200 grams flour
Pinch of soda
100 grams water
Oil for frying
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients except oil and make a paste.
2. Now put the mixture in jalebi cloth and make jalebis in hot oil.
3. Fry till it gets brown in color from both the sides.
4. Now put them in prepared sheera and serve.
