Kathiwari choaly



Ingredients
Desi chany 250 gm soaked overnight with 1 tsp soda
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Water 6 to 8 cups
Bread slices 2 large chopperized
Imli pulp ½ cup
Chat masala 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
Method
Soaked desi chana overnight with 1 tsp baking soda, next morning wash well, boil in 8 cups water with 1 ½ tsp chopped garlic when chana half tender blend 2 bread slices previously soaked in water and add to the boiling chana, add ½ cup imli pulp, chat masala, salt, crushed red pepper, let it cook for half an hour till gravy thick, lastly sprinkle coriander leaves.
