Yogurt Soup


Actiplus 1 cup
Cucumber 2 medium
Onion 1 medium
Garlic 1 clove
Mint 10-12 leaves
Bread 1 slice
Water 1 cup
Grated Cheese for garnishing(optional)
Method :
-Puree together all vegetables and bread using ½ cup water. Strain mixture well
-Mix vegetables puree with beaten yogurt
- Adjust salt & Black pepper and sever warm or cold with few bread sticks
