Beef fried sticks



Ingredients
Boneless beef ½ kg cut in 1 inch cubes
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Water 2 cups
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs as required
Onion 2 cut in square cubes
Tomato 2 square cubes, seeds removed
Capsicum 2
Method
Boil beef with all the dry seasonings, vinegar and 2 cups water till beef tender, remove, cool, put beef on wooden skewers alternating with vegetables, dip skewers in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs, fry until light golden. Serve with ketchup.
