Anokhi chicken




Ingredients
Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
Allspice 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Orange color pinch
Yogurt ½ cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp heaped
Egg 1
Corn flour 3 to 4 tbsp
Oil for frying
Ingredients for sauce
Oil ¼ cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 3
Allspice ½ tsp heaped
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic chopped 1 tsp each
Curry leaves 20
Tomato puree ¼ cup
Method
Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients for 1 hour, deep fry chicken pieces till light golden.
Method for sauce
Heat oil in a wok add chopped ginger garlic, curry leaves, green chilies, fry for 1 minute, add in all the sauces, yogurt with half cup water, cook till thick, lastly add fried chicken and serve hot.
