Kerry ka panna



Ingredients
Kerry washed and boiled 2 until soft
Salt ¼ tsp
White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
Black salt ½ tsp
Sugar ¾ cup
Water as required
Ice as required
Mint leaves 10 to 12
Method
Wash and boil Kerry in water until soft, peel off skin and remove pulp, blend Kerry with salt, white cumin, black salt, sugar, remove in a bowl and freeze, to make single serving panna put 2 tbsp Kerry paste in a blender with 1 glass chilled water, ice mint leaves and blend.
