Manday




ingredients:-
flour 250 grms
salt half tsp
water as required
oil 1/2 cup
method :-
1. Knead the dough with flour, salt and water. Leave it for a while and make calls out of it.
2. Roll all the balls and oil it well.
3. Now layer it with 4 rolled rotis.
4. Roast the rotis and cover it with a cloth over it.
