Danish cookies



Ingredients
Ghee 8 ounces melted and chilled
Caster sugar 6 ounces
Flour 12 ounces
Egg 1
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method
Beat ghee with 6 ounces sugar, vanilla essence till light and creamy, add 1 egg, continue to beat for 1 minute, fold in the flour, mix slightly, fill biscuit maker with this mixture, pipe out biscuits on baking tray, bake on 180 degree for 12 minutes.
