Ingredients for chocolate sponge
Eggs 2
Sugar 2 ounce
Flour 1 ½ ounce
Coco 1 tbsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Ingredients for filling
Eggs 3 separated
Sugar 5 ounces
Fresh cream whipped 1 cup
Milk ½ cup
Gelatin 2 tbsp
Water ¼ cup
Strawberry essence ½ tsp
Strawberries chopperized 1 cup
Ingredients for icing
Chocolate 4 ounces-Cream 2 tbsp (cook both together)
Method for filling
Mix milk, egg yolk, half sugar cook for 2 minutes till thick add in color, essence, dissolve gelatin and crushed strawberries, fold in whipped cream, beat egg white stiff with remaining sugar, fold in the yolk mixture, spread on chocolate cake and chill in the freezer till firm. Melt chocolate with fresh cream pour on the set dessert in the pan, spread evenly, chill till firm, and decorate with fresh cream.
