Tandoori drumsticks



Ingredients
Chicken drumsticks ½ kg give cuts on both sides
Hanged yogurt ½ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
Kasori methi 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Orange color pinch
Method
Give cuts on drumsticks; marinate with all above Hanged yogurt ½ cup, Lemon juice 2 tbsp, Salt 1 tsp, Chili powder 1 tsp, Cream 2 tbsp, Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp, Kasori methi 1 tsp, Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, Corn flour 1 tbsp, Orange color pinch for 2 hours, bake for 40 minutes on 180 degree C on a wire rack, 20 minutes on each side, remove, give dum of coal, sprinkle with chat masala.
