Aloo walay nargasi chops



Ingredients
Mince meat ½ kg
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp heaped
Red chili whole 8
Allspice 1 tsp heaped
Green chilies 3 chopped
Boiled eggs 4 to 6
Potatoes 4 large peeled, boiled and mashed
Egg beaten 1
Bread crumbs ½ to 1 cup
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Oil for frying
Method
In a pan add mince, 2 cups water, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, allspice, black pepper, green and red chilies, salt till tender, grind mince till smooth, coat the boiled eggs with a layer of mince, in your mash potatoes mix salt, coriander, chopped green chilies, add a layer of potatoes gently to the mince egg pieces, the shape should be oval, dip each peace in beaten egg, coat in bread crumbs, deep fry till light golden, serve with chatni.
