Kerry ka sharbat



Ingredients
Kerry 1 kg boiled till soft
Water 3 cup
Sugar 1 kg
Salt ½ tsp
Citric acid 1 tsp leveled
Meta bi sulphate 1/8 tsp
Method
Wash kerries, boil till soft, peel, remove pulp and blend, strain pulp with a fine muslin, cook sugar and water till thick, remove, cool add Kerry mixture with salt, citric acid dissolved in ¼ cup water, meta bi sulphate dissolved in water, pour in sterilized bottles, fill with sharbat, use after 5 days.
