Portuguese chicken burger



Ingredients
Chicken breast 2 flattened
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt and black pepper ½ tsp each
Paprika ½ tsp
Garlic ½ tsp
Burger buns 2
Peri peri sauce 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp mixed with peri peri sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato 1 sliced
Cabbage finely chopped 1 cup
Onion rings as required
Cucumber half sliced
Oil ¼ cup
Method
Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, peri peri sauce and lemon juice for 30 minutes, preheat grilling pan, fry steak on medium heat until done, cut burger buns, heat, spread with sauce, put salad leaves on buns, tomato slices, cucumber slice, chicken breast, top with salt, cover with bun, serve with fries.
