Tarragon chicken steak



Ingredients
Boneless chicken breast 2 with sides bone flattened
Salt, pepper, mustard paste ½ tsp each
Wooster shier sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Rosemary leaves ½ tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Steak sauce 2 tbsp
Fries and boiled vegetables to serve
Ingredients for creamy tarragon sauce
Butter 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Water ¼ cup
Cream 4 tbsp
Dried tarragon 1tsp
Parsley 1 tbsp
Spring onion leaves finely chopped 1 tsp
Salt and pepper ½ tsp each
Mushrooms sliced 2 tbsp
Method
Marinate chicken steak with salt, pepper and mustard, garlic paste, Wooster sauce, oil, rosemary leaves, soya sauce, steak sauce for 30 minutes, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, fry chicken steak on both sides, when water dries add tarragon sauce, cook till done, serve on a sizzler with fries and boiled vegetables.
Method for tarragon sauce
Heat butter; add mushrooms, corn flour, all the seasonings with cream and water, cook stirring till sauce thick.
