Beef golash


Ingredients
Undercut ½ kg cut into 1 inch cubes
Oil ¼ cup
Onion ½ cup chopped
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Ketchup ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp leveled
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
Method
Heat oil add onion, fry till transparent, add ginger garlic paste with undercut and fry well add all the above ingredients and sauces, fry well add half cup water for gravy, cook until done, serve with boiled rice.
