Vanilla sand cake


Ingredients
Butter 6 ounces
Caster sugar 6 ounces
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Eggs 3
Flour ½ cup
Corn flour 1/3 cup
Rice flour 1/3 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp heaped
Milk ¼ cup
Icing sugar to dust
Method
Grease a ring mould well, combine all the ingredients in a bowl, beat on low speed until mixed then increase speed to medium beat till mixture has changed color, spread mixture into prepared pan bake on 180 degree C for 40 minutes, turn onto wire rack to cool, dust cold cake with icing sugar.
