Egg fried rice


Ingredients
Rice ½ kg boiled until done
Spring onion 1 cup chopped
Carrot ½ cup chopped in small cubes
Eggs 2 beaten
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Method
Heat oil add chopped garlic, fry for 1 minute add beaten egg, add vegetables with boiled rice, mix all well, add seasonings and soya sauce, toss well and remove.
