Hyderabadi chicken masala


Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
Yogurt 1 cup
Onion brown and grinded 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Almonds 10 roasted and grinded
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
White cumin seeds roasted and grinded 1 tbsp
Button red chilies 15 roasted and grinded
Method
Roast and grind all the above slices finely, marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, all above roasted and grinded masala and leave it for 1 hour, heat oil add marinated chicken, cover and cook for 15 minutes add 1 cup water cover and leave it on dum.
