Khameeri paratha


Ingredients
Flour 2 ½ cups
Yeast 1 tsp heaped
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Method
Put Flour 2 ½ cups, Yeast 1 tsp heaped, Salt ½ tsp, Sugar 1 tbsp, Oil ¼ cup in a bowl and knead into soft dough. Leave it covered for 1 hour, make into parathas and shallow fry adding little ghee, serve with kofta palak.
