Prawn handi


Ingredients
Prawns cleaned ½ kg
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp heaped
Brown onion 3 tbsp grinded
Oil ½ cup
Turmeric ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes chopped 3
Cream 3 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 4
Allspice 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method
Heat oil in a handi add crushed garlic, fry till golden, add salt, turmeric, ginger slice, green chilies and chopped tomatoes, fry well add prawns with all dry seasonings and tomato paste, fry well for 10 minutes till oil comes on top, lastly add cream, butter, lemon juice, brown onion, chopped coriander leaves, leave it on dum for 5 minutes.
