Henny Penny Chicken


Ingredients:
Chicken boneless ½ kg
Oil ¼ cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Cream1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Ketchup ½ cups
Mushrooms sliced 4
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Method:
1. Heat oil, add garlic paste, chicken with salt, pepper fry well
2. Add flour with 1 cup water, ketchup, cream, mushrooms
3. Cook till thick and chicken tender.
4. Serve with egg fried rice
