Makai ki roti


Ingredients
Makai ka aata 250 gm
Wheat flour 250 gm
Salt ½ tsp
Luke warm water to knead
Method
Knead and make peara, roll between 2 sheets of plastic, cut with a lid to make a perfect round, fry on tawa adding ghee.
