Ingredients
Mutton ½ kg
Ghee ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Brown onion coarsely crushed 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Prepared korma masala 2 tbsp heaped
Yogurt 1 cup beaten
Method
Heat ghee in a pan, add ginger garlic paste with mutton, fry for 5 minutes, add 1 cup water with salt, korma masala, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add yogurt mixed with brown onion fry for 5 minutes, cover and leave it on dum till ghee comes on top.
