Foily mutton chops


Ingredients
Chops ½ kg
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
All spice ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chili paste 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Carrots 1 cut in tiny cubes and boiled
Potato 1 cut in tiny cubes and boiled
Peas ½ cup
Yogurt whipped 4 tbsp
Chat masala ½ tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Method
Marinate mutton chops with salt, black pepper, all spice, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste and vinegar for 30 minutes, then cook In 2 tbsp oil add 1 cup water, cook till done, mix yogurt with chat masala, salt and black pepper ¼ tsp each, cut foil in 6*6 inch square pieces, put 1 tsp yogurt with masala top with few pieces of boiled carrots, peas and potatoes, put 1 chop on it, fold it well, steam or bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot in foil.
