Ingredients:
Boneless meat ½ kg
Black pepper 2 tsp
Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Salt 1- ½ tsp
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Green chilies 4
Oil ¼ cup
Ghee ¼ cup
Papaya 1 tsp
Method:
1. Grind green chilies and coriander leaves together
2. Add in black pepper, coconut milk powder, ginger garlic, salt, papaya and mix well
3. Marinate meat with this masala and leave it for an hour
4. Heat oil and ghee together in a pan, add the marinated meat in it
5. Add water, cover the pan and cook till tender and oiol comes on the top
