Cottage cheese fruit delight


Ingredients
Pineapple jelly 1 packet
Cream 200 gm whipped
Cottage cheese grated 200 gm
Fruit cocktail 1 medium tin
Condensed milk ½ cup
Almonds and pistachio sliced 2 tbsp
Chocolate chips 2 tbsp
Method
Beat cottage cheese until smooth, add cream and beat, fold in jelly crystals, beating well with condensed milk, lastly add fruit cocktail, nuts, chocolate chips, put in a serving bowl, serve chilled.
