Chicken masala roast


Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg whole
Brown Onion ½ cup crushed
Tomatoes 3 blended
Chili powder 3 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Cashew nuts 12 grinded
Allspice 1 tsp
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Saffron ¼ tsp
Baby potatoes 8Peeled and fried
Green masala grinded
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Green chilies 6
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method
In a blender blend together, brown onion, tomatoes, cashew nuts, green masala, chili powder, keep aside. Heat oil fry blended masala till oil separates, add In chicken, cook for 20 minutes, when half done, add fried potatoes, allspice, saffron, cardamom powder and half cup water, simmer on low flame till chicken tender and gravy thick.
