Tomato Ketchup



Ingredients:
2 kg tomatoes
Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
Sugar 250 grams
½ cup vinegar
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
1 tsp salt
½ tsp red color
Method:
1. Chop 2 kg tomatoes in big cubes, boil without water for 30 mins then blend and strain puree with a fine sieve.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook till ketchup consistency reached.
3. Cool, fill in sterilized bottle.
