Ingredients
Samosa patti 2 dozen
Khoya 250 gm
Rabbri 250 gm
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Almonds and pistachio chopped 2 tbsp each
Flour paste to seal parcels
Method
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together put 2 samosa patti in a cross, fill with filling, seal as shown, freeze for 2 hours then deep fry in hot oil.
