ingredients:-
minced meat 250 gms
onion 1 large size (chopped )
white cumin, whole coriander (chopped and roasted) 1 tbsp
garlic and ginger paste 1tsp
green chili (chopped) 1 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 1tbsp
all spices (grounded) 1tsp
salt 1tsp
oil 1tbsp
method:-
sauthe onion add minced meat to it and add all the other ingredients and fry well. Mix well and fill the samosas
