Chany ki daal keema



Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Chana daal 200 gm soaked for 2 hours and boiled
Onion 2 chopped
Tomatoes 3 to 4 chopped
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 4
Method
Heat ½ cup oil fry 1 cup chopped onion until soft add ginger garlic paste with mince, fry for 10 minutes add salt, turmeric, chili powder, roasted and crushed cumin, coriander with chopped tomatoes, fry well add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mince nearly done, then add allspice 1 tsp, boiled chanay ki daal, cover and leave it on dum, lastly add chopped coriander, green chilies, serve with nan.
