Ingredients
Cholai ka saag 1 kg Cleaned and separate leaves
Oil ¼ cup
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
White cumin whole 1 tsp
Onion 1 large chopped
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Whole red chilies 8
Tomato 1 chopped
Potato 1 cubed
Method
Heat oil add chopped onion, garlic crushed, white cumin and button red chili, fry till onion soft, add chopped tomatoes with 1 potato cubes, salt and crushed red pepper, add half cup water, cover and cook till potatoes half done, then add cholai, cover and cook until done.
