Hyderabadi mutton



Ingredients
Mutton 750 gm
Raw papaya 1 tbsp heaped
Yogurt 1 cup
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Whole spices mixed 1 tbsp
Brown onion crushed ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Chili powder 2 tsp heaped
Turmeric ½ tsp
White cumin roasted and crushed ½ tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Orange color pinch
Mint leaves chopped ½ cup
Curry leaves handful
Green chilies 6
Oil ½ cup
Method
Marinate mutton with Raw papaya 1 tbsp heaped, Yogurt 1 cup, Tomato paste 2 tbsp, Whole spices mixed 1 tbsp, Brown onion crushed ½ cup, Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, Salt 1 ½ tsp, Chili powder 2 tsp heaped, Turmeric ½ tsp, White cumin roasted and crushed ½ tsp, Allspice 1 tsp,
Orange color pinch, Mint leaves chopped ½ cup for 4 hours heat half cup oil add green chilies and curry leaves, slightly fry add marinated mutton, cover and cook for 20 minutes, if required add water, cook until done, serve with nan.
