Harira



Ingredients
Milk 2 cups
Chopped pistachio 1 tbsp heaped
Chopped almonds 1 tbsp heaped
Cardamom grinded ½ tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Method
Heat ghee in a pan add finely grounded almonds and pistachio, fry for 2 minutes add sugar with milk and green cardamom, cook for 10 minutes, you can add pinch of zaffran if required, serve hot.
