Aam or Sivayyon ki Kheer



Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Sugar ½ cup
Vermicelli 1 cup
Cream 1 packet
2-3 tbsp arq-e-gulab
Mangoes chopped 2 cups
Method:
1. Heat milk with sugar, add vermicelli. Cook till thickens. Remove, cool.
2. Add arq e gulab, cream and mangoes. Serve chilled.
