Mango pudding



Ingredients
Evaporated milk 1 tin
Condensed milk 1 tin
Eggs 4
Bread 2 large slices
Mango chopped in tiny cubes 2 cups
Mango essence ½ tsp
Yellow color pinch
Method
Put all above in blender, blender until smooth, put in a oven proof dish, bake on 180 degree C for 40 minutes, remove and serve cold.
