ingredients:-
spring onion (chopped) 2
carrot (chopped) 1
peas (boiled) 1/2 cup
cabbage (chopped) 1/2 cup
egg (boiled and chopped) 2
cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
black pepper (powdered) 1tsp
garlic n ginger paste 1tsp
green chilli (chopped) 1tbsp
chiili sauce 1tbsp
soya sauce 1tbsp
salt to taste
oil 1tbsp
method:-
sauthe all vegetable in oil and rest ingredient to it and stir fry it
and then add egg and cheddar cheese just before filling samosas.
